Rue Saint Rustique

  

The oldest street of the village with the rue Norvins.

Saint-Rustique was the companion of Saint-Denis and Saint Eleuthère who were martyred in the third century.

Formerly "Au Franc Buveur" and "Aux Billards en Bois" the new name is that of the association created in the late 20th century by Francisque Poulbot. It became an appointment of artists : Picasso, Sisley, Cézanne, Toulouse-Lautrec, Renoir, Monet, Zola ...
