Le Radet at No. 83 was built in 1717.
Debray's family acquired the two mills in 1809 and made flour in 1870, it
was transformed into an inn on Sundays and public holidays, then it takes
the name of "Moulin de la Galette ", a victim of progress (it was not
equipped with wings Berton) and competition. |

![]() Opposite at the rue Tholozé, between n° 75 and n° 77, Le Blute-Fin, built en 1622,has often been restored. He is currently in a private property. By visiting we were pleasantly surprised to find that it is not too bad and that important parts of the mechanism like the wheels still exist. In the past, Nicolas-Charles Debray, mill owner Blute-Fin, added a tavern and a ball and baptized all the "Moulin de la Galette". |
